How Timezone Converter is Calculated

This calculator uses the formula: Target Time = Source Time ± UTC Offset Difference. Where IST = UTC+5:30 ; EST = UTC−5 ; PST = UTC−8 ; GMT = UTC+0. UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) is the reference.
